Area canvas rugs had their start in 18th century England and were initially used by the wealthy. So join the upper crust and make this great alternative rug! Students will have fun experimenting with a wonderful palette of color to create a unique canvas floor cloth of their own design. Margot will demonstrate painting techniques and go over a variety of themes to get students inspired. Enjoy two glorious days of creativity on the River!

A supply sheet will be provided to students upon registration.
