White-on-white sampler with plain weave background and large white cotton chenille yarn inlaid to create windowpane check pattern. Warp and weft threads are two ply Z twist white cotton. Inlaid yarn is large white chenille. Typewritten note sewn to sample says that the chenille is Lily chenille, and notes that the sample has been washed and iron on one half only, can be done on a two harness loom and is designed to be seamed with identical widths to create wide fabric with subtle seams.
