Fragment of a coverlet. Indigo blue and white. Overshot weave. Note on object reads Myra C. Youngs. 1982. A very old bed spread. Pattern is in the diamond and cross family. Simple cross and table. Warp is natural cotton. Weft is natural cotton singles, finer than warp. Pattern weft is wool, indigo colored.
