Handwoven Christmas Cards for 1970. Supplementary Warp Technique. Star and Creche design of white cotton and metallic warp on purple boucle cloth. this was the first project placed on a new 48 16-shaft, double beam Macomber loom. The personally designed motifs were cut apart and mounted into appropriate Christmas Cards commonly used for photographs. This additional section of cloth was purposely woven for display and kept for a personal record.
