Long skirt with matching stole and yardage a) Floor length, 8 panelled fully lined skirt b) matching stole with specially knotted fringe Both are white 2/20 oregon worsted wool with desgin in dark borwn and medium reddish brown 2/20 wool oregon worsted wool. Design from Mary Atwarter’s Recipe Book entitled Ancient Colonial Shawl. c) the yardage was woven on a loom at Chautauqua Institution. The warp was left over from Mary Snyder’s program when Ruth Holroyd replaced her as weaving instructor.
