If you have wanted to paint the crashing waves of the west coast, the fast water of a stream, or the crashing water at the bow of a ship, this class will give you the knowledge to create these edges. Paul will show you how to accomplish this texture so that you might apply it to your own work. The emphasis will be on rough edges in this class. Class will open with a color mixing session followed by a short exercise related to the afternoon painting. You’ll work on a 10” x 10” surface and your palette will be Cadmium Red Light, Cadmium Yellow Medium, and Prussian Blue. Students are required to bring their own equipment and a materials list is available with your registration.
