In this two-day hands-on class you will learn the techniques to create a 6”x4” braided wool basket that will hold 15 extra large eggs.  At the beginning of the process, you’ll learn how to create a traditional round rug as the basket’s base, then you’ll learn how to braid, lace, and form the sides and handle.  This basket will have long-lasting beauty due to the remarkable qualities of wool.  Helen will be in touch with students to determine preferred color schemes as she puts wool kits together.
