This newly designed creel is woven with reed in a continuous weave. There is significant attention to shaping as it is made to conform to being worn on one’s hip. Since this part can be a bit of a challenge, Linda will guide you through the entire process.  The rim is then double-lashed with artificial sinew, and you’ll work with sharp leather cutting tools to cut a leather lid to fit your woven creel.  The buckle strap and nickel hardware will then be ready to attach and you’ll be ready to go fishing!  All materials are included in tuition.  Please bring a lunch and drink.
