Class will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 235 John Street, Clayton.

We often encounter plastic containers and trash when out on a family hike or boat ride. Sadly, trash is invading our natural world and causing real harm.  In this class we’ll aim to educate kids about sustainability and the importance of protecting our natural environment. Students will be encouraged to look at trash through a deeper lens to see how it might be repurposed into something functional, education, or even beautiful. Projects to include pirate ships, mini cities, mermaids, and even a plastic monster scarecrow!
