What's Happening at the Arts Center

So long, for now, but not good-bye…

Joy Rhinebeck, most recently Events Coordinator, has moved on from the Arts Center after more than 20 years as part of the TIAC family. A longtime Arts Center student, volunteer, employee, instructor, trustee, and board chair, Joy and I have worked side-by-side since 2013 when I first was recruited to join the Arts Center’s Development Committee.  And after a few short months, hired me as interim executive director.  Aside from the many hats Joy wore over the years, she was always my go-to person for institutional history – so important for any organization to have – and someone I could count on for some laughs!   As many know, Joy was also the face of the Craft and Antique shows for most of their long runs – always able to juggle whatever came her way.  Her absence will be felt there, and so many other places in our little, but special Arts Center.  I know I speak for the entire Board and Staff when I say you’ll be missed greatly Joy, but we know where you are!  J  Until we meet again, we wish you the very best in your new adventure.  It’s been my pleasure working with you Joy!
