Stop in to the Arts Center November 19 through the New Year for the return of our Wares & Wears Marketplace.

Wares & Wears is a small seasonal marketplace of high quality, reasonably priced, locally sourced handmade or handcrafted heritage arts displayed and sold in the downtown Clayton, NY, gallery of the Thousand Islands Arts Center. This year we are pleased to welcome back Mary Harding Jewelry, Mary Knapp Gyotaku, our Wednesday Weavers creations, and pottery from our in-house potter, Serena Buchanan. We are pleased to introduce the following new artisans to the marketplace: Cole’s Candles, handmade beeswax candles, soap from Sudsy Ewe, St. Larry’s organic lotions and potions, The Golden Cleat nautical jewelry, Jack Taylor woodcarving, One Bead jewelry, handmade one-of-a-kind ornaments by Tracey Jean and more!

TIAC is open to the public from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and three Saturdays during the holiday season! We will be hosting an opening shopping day on Saturday, November 19, from 10-4 in participation with the Clayton Holiday Shopper’s Poker Run. Stop in to get your shopping card! We will also be open from 10-3 on Saturday, November 26 for Small Business Saturday. Finally, we will host a special Wrap it up! & Shopping Day on Saturday, December 3 from 10-3. Wrap up your holiday shopping early by stopping by the Arts Center. The Marketplace will run through December 20th.
