Coverlet fragment – Blue and white. Summer and winter weave, 6 shaft, Mosaic pattern. Warp is cotton, natural, plied. Weft is cotton, natural, (plied, unusual for S & W.) Pattern weft is wool, indigo, dark. Selvedge on one side. F and G were one piece, but were cut into two fragments to be used as teaching examples.
