Thrown Together: Creations from our Pottery Studio celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship, and community found in the Arts Center’s pottery studio. Featuring work by artists of all skill levels—from first-time students to experienced ceramicists—the exhibition highlights the many ways clay can be transformed into functional pottery, sculpture, and artistic expression.
The title Thrown Together has a double meaning. It refers to the process of “throwing” clay on a potter’s wheel while also celebrating the friendships, shared learning, and creative connections that develop in the studio. Every piece tells a story of experimentation, patience, and growth, reminding visitors that beautiful things are often created one step at a time.
