After School Arts

Designed for kids to unwind and enjoy after school time with their peers while learning and creating, After School Arts (ASA) is open to youth in grades K-8. These classes introduce kids to many artistic disciplines including pottery, painting, sculpting, mosaics, collage, and jewelry, among others. While working in each discipline, kids are given a background of some of the major artists in the field.

ASA is offered in the Spring (February – April) and Fall (October – December) and scholarships are available.

Note: In the event of school closures due to weather, ASA will also be cancelled.

After School Arts is made possible in part through funding from the Northern New York Community Foundation and through the generosity of the RBC Foundation.
