a). Off white and beige twill weave sample mounted on card. with silver metallic threads running through at half inch intervals in warp. Beige is from natural jute warp threads in singles S twist. White is from man-made fiber twisted in boucle ply, woven in weft. Edges are cut. Back has been treated with glue or some other yellowed substance that stiffens the fabric. b). Sample b is identical in weave, fiber and yarns to sample a, but mounted with yellowed, treated side facing out.
