Hand made lace sample/fragment, cream colored with floral pattern. Attached note says English Origin, Kat stitch, not torchon. There is a longer note attached which describes the lace in more detail, Handmade point of Paris, Kat stitch ground old linen? but it is attached to the lace with thread and can’t be unfolded unless thread is cut.
