Oil painting is a rich and versatile medium. While it can be intimidating at first as the paint remains wet longer, the benefit is that it allows you more time to rework the paint. In this two-session class for beginners, you’ll learn the basic oil painting techniques, color mixing, and paint handling as you paint a beautiful barn scene at sunset. You won’t be intimidated by oils after you’ve taken this class! All supplies will be provided to complete your painting. Please bring a bag lunch and drink, and wear old clothes that can get messy.
