Mixed-media is a forgiving and highly creative medium that can make you feel like a kid again! In this class, you’ll learn about color value and composition as you create a collage using a mixed-media approach. The tissue paper that you strategically add to your piece will create texture, form, and interest. Aside from tissue paper, you’re welcome to bring in any other ephemera or embellishments that you might like to add to your collage – after all, it’s your creation! Wear old clothes and bring an 11”x14” canvas, paint, brushes, and white tissue paper.
