New Arts Center Capital Campaign
Our Impact is Growing—And We Need Your Help to Sustain It

Opening our new home on James Street was a massive milestone—thanks to extraordinary community support, we have reached 96% of our capital goal.

However, with greater community impact comes increased day-to-day operating costs. Expanding gallery access, adding programs to address community demand, and maintaining high-quality instruction requires ongoing operational funding.

There are still meaningful opportunities to leave a lasting legacy. Recognition opportunities for gifts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 remain in four areas, each with a fundraising goal of $250,000:

Educational Programming

Weaving Programming

Pottery Programming

Collections Access and Use

These program areas, along with commemorative pavers, represent the campaign’s only remaining naming opportunities. Your generosity will help us reach the finish line and sustain a vibrant future for art, education, and creativity in our community.

Northern New York Community Foundation Matching Grant

Support the Thousand Islands Arts Center through its dedicated endowment fund One of the most meaningful ways to support the Thousand Islands Arts Center is through its dedicated endowment fund at the Northern New York Community Foundation.

An endowment creates a permanent source of income for the center. Gifts are invested, with a portion of the fund distributed annually to support its mission. Additional gifts and investment earnings help the fund grow, providing increasingly greater support for generations to come.

By contributing to the Thousand Islands Arts Center Endowment Fund, you can create an enduring legacy for the arts and help ensure that creativity, artistic expression, and cultural experiences remain an important part of life in the Thousand Islands region.

An endowment gift is also a meaningful way to express your personal commitment to the arts. Whether large or small, your tax-deductible gift becomes a permanent investment in the center and its future — helping ensure its work continues for generations to come. Please contact NNYCF at INFO@NNYCF.ORG or (315) 782-7110 for further information or to make a contribution.
Leave a Lasting Legacy: Bequests

You can support our mission for generations to come without spending a cent today. A bequest is one of the simplest and most impactful ways to make a lasting difference. By including our organization in your will, trust, or estate plans, you ensure that the values you hold dear continue to thrive far into the future.

You can designate a specific dollar amount, a particular asset, or a percentage of your remaining estate. This flexible giving option allows you to prioritize your family’s needs first, while still building a powerful legacy of generosity.

If you would like to discuss leaving a bequests please contact your financial planner or our Executive Director, Mia Ramseier, at mia@tiartscenter.org or (315) 686-4123 ext. 201.
Matching Gifts

Many employers will match charitable gifts made by employees to their favorite charities. Check with your employer to determine if they offer a matching gift program and to determine the program eligibility requirements. Matching gifts can double the impact of your donation!
