We’ll begin at the beginning, with cast-on, knit and purl stitches, bind-off, increases and decreases together with an early introduction to the mechanics of knitting, recognizing and correcting mistakes, pattern sources, choosing yarns and needles.

Students bring:  One skein of solid color worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles. Caron’s Simply Soft is recommended and is available at most craft stores.
