1000 Islands Art & Craft Festival Returns as a One-Day Celebration This Saturday
CLAYTON, NY – August 3, 2026 – The Thousand Islands Arts Center invites the community to celebrate regional creativity at the 1000 Islands Art & Craft Festival, happening this Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Cerow Recreation Park Arena, located at 615 East Line Road in Clayton.
Previously held across Saturday and Sunday, the festival has been condensed into an exciting one-day event, bringing artists, makers, shoppers, and families together for a full day of creativity and community.
This juried festival showcases talented artisans and makers offering an impressive variety of handmade treasures, original artwork, and one-of-a-kind finds. Guests can explore woodworking, pottery, glasswork, fiber arts, paintings, jewelry, handmade soaps, antique furniture, specialty foods, collectibles, and much more.
Whether visitors are searching for a memorable gift, adding to a personal collection, or simply enjoying a day surrounded by creativity, the festival offers something for everyone to discover.
The 1000 Islands Art & Craft Festival is also one of the Thousand Islands Arts Center’s largest annual fundraisers. Proceeds support the Arts Center’s general operating budget, helping the organization continue providing exhibitions, educational programs, community events, and opportunities for artists throughout the region.
Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders, and free for children ages 12 and under.
